• Only one advertisement must be written per product.

• You must own the product offered for sale. 

• The descriptive text of the advertisement must imperatively describe only the product offered.

• The photo must correspond to the photo of the current product and not to that of a new catalog product.

• You must own the rights to use the photo.

• The photos submitted must not bear any mention.

• It is forbidden to take the photo of another advertiser.

• The ad must be placed in the correct category (if not, a moderator can reclassify your ad in the correct category)

• You cannot have the same advertisement several times in several categories (otherwise, a moderator can delete the advertisements in the categories that are the least representative of the product sold)

• If you are a professional, you must place your advertisements with your compte PRO (a moderator can convert your compyou in “Professional” if you place your ads with a compyou particular)

Vendre-son-velo.com integrates an e-mail alert engine to notify registered users when a product is present on the site. If you want your products to be taken into compyou by this engine, always remember to enter your deposits correctly.

Before validating your deposit, check that it is in the right category, and that the description fields of the ad are the most complet possible and sufficiently explicit, in order to allow easy reading and to provide optimal search results.

Try, as much as possible, to write legibly and in lowercase.

Remember that your deposits will be referenced in search engines and that the outcome of your transaction may depend on their research.

When you write an ad on vente-son-velo.com, certain content is not allowed:

• Personal or subjective assessments and criteria: “very beautiful, like new, bargain, must see, sold off, etc.” are refused.

• Ads offering an auction type format are refused.

• Create a duplicate ad (a moderator will delete the duplicate see the compte in case of abuse).

• Delete and recreate the same ad to increase its visibility (in case of abuse, your compte may be blocked or deleted without notice from us).

• Use of inappropriate term with the proposed content.

• The sale of counterfeits.

• The sale of product without owning it.

We reserve the right to modify/delete any non-compliant ad. In the event of a non-compliant ad, no paid option will be refunded.

You can manage your ads through your compthe user: consultation, deletion, modification and deactivation, in order to keep the system clean and functional.

You are required to update or remove your listings when they become obsolete.

The professional is identified when consulting the advertisement with the mention “professional” under the identity of the advertiser.

Ads from professionals and individuals are classified together when no filter criteria is selected in the search filters.

Vendre-son-velo.com does not intervene in transactions between buyers and sellers, its liability cannot be sought in the event of a dispute related to an ad.
