The 4th edition of the Colnago GF Luberon Pays d'Apt promises an exceptional cycling experience on Sunday, September 27, 2026. Organised in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, this granfondo showcases the winding roads and ochre villages of the region, offering participants a demanding course on open roads.
Routes and distances
Two timed distances are offered. The main granfondo covers 155 km with 2,500 m of elevation gain, starting with a climb to Lagarde-d'Apt, crossing the Albion plateau, and passing iconic mountain passes such as the Col d'Auribeau. The more accessible mediofondo covers 101 km with 1,700 m of elevation gain, passing through some of the most beautiful villages in the Luberon, including Roussillon. Practical Info
The start and finish are located at the Apt lake leisure park in the Vaucluse region. The expo village opens on Saturday, September 26th at noon for bib number collection. On Sunday, the starting grid begins at 8:00 AM, and the mass start for the granfondo and mediofondo races is scheduled for 9:00 AM. Refreshment stations will be available along the routes. The event is part of a weekend packed with activities, including mountain biking and trail running.
